This book is in very good condition and includes songs by Bob Dylan, John Lennon and Paul McCartney, Jani Mitchell, Tom Paxton and Ewan MacColl. It contains a vocal part, an easy piano part and chords for guitar or improvisation. There are a few pencil marks inside, a small rip on the spine and a name in the inside front cover but otherwise it is in excellent condition.
